The 2.1 features the following refinements over the Charger 2 damper:
- Less HSC – less harsh over braking bumps and big impacts
- More LSC – more support early in the travel, keeping the bike riding high
- New piston wear band – better oil flow management
- New rebound piston – more high-speed flow, but also more low-speed control
- SKF rebound shaft seal – 30% friction decrease
Travel adjustability: By replacing the air shaft, you can adjust this fork from 120-150mm travel (27.5″), or 120-150mm travel (29″).
Volume adjustability: Rockshox bottomless tokens can be added to provide more support and ramp later in the travel.
Stanchion diameter: Thick-walled, 35mm stanchion for super stiffness.
Axle size and style: Bolt up, 110x15mm Boost axle.
Steerer tube: Standard 1.5 – 1 1/8th taper.
Brake rotor: 180mm minimum, 220mm maximum
